Anchoring clamps as known as tension clamps, were designed to tension insulted service cable in solar PV cable deployment or low voltage ABC overhead systems.

Jera line supply two type of clamps for solar electrical line constructions:

-Wedge type clamps

-Helical formed ties

Wedge type tension clamps are self-adjustable which simplify the installation process, also open type wire loop allow installation with closed drive hooks or brackets. Our anchor clamps can be applied with cable from 4-95mm2 which suitable for most size of service cables. This type of clamps are made of UV resistant plastic and galvanized steel wire loop, which have high mechanical strength and excellent weather resistance.

Helical formed ties are different shape with wedge clamps, they are galvanized steel wire preformed and overall surface covered by polymer, used to fix and tension insulation jacketed conduction during PV cable deployment.

Jera line is operating according to ISO9001, we have our own inner laboratory to proceed a series tests conform to European quality inspection standards (EN 50483-4, and IEC 61238-1), such as Ultimate tensile strength test, Electrical aging test, UV & temperature aging test, Corrosion aging test, Temperature & humidity cycling test etc.
