PV bus Cable Harness System
The solar cable harnesses is a type of assembly used in solar photovoltaic cable deployment for the ground-mounted solar grid systems, to branch insulated service electrical cables from main cable (Busbar) base on insulation piercing technology.
Jera line provides two type of solar cable harnesses as follow:
-Solar cable harnesses
-Solar cable fused harnesses
Solar cable harnesses are able to branch of the four of insulated service electrical cables from main power cable, without cutting the jacket of power cables.
Solar cable fused harnesses are able to branch of two insulated service cables from main cable by a insulation piercing connector, it equipped two fuse connectors in PV cable additionally, to prevent the branching line from short circuit.
The plastic parts of above solar DC harness is made of high mechanical strength UV plastic, possess excellent resistance to high temperature, fire protection, anti-aging and anti-UV properties. And the piercing teeth is made of aluminum suitable for copper or aluminum power cables. All Jera’s products were designed durable and convenient for using.
We have our own inner laboratory to proceed essential tests conform to European quality inspection standards EN 50483-4, and IEC 61238-1. Such as under water dielectric testing, Electrical aging test, UV & temperature aging test, Corrosion aging test etc.
